保妇康栓对宫颈炎性疾病合并人乳头瘤病毒感染患者炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析宫颈炎性疾病伴人乳头瘤病毒感染患者使用保妇康栓治疗的作用。方法 随机选择2021年2月—2022年2月福建省福州市闽清县中医院收治的60例宫颈炎性疾病伴人乳头瘤病毒感染患者为研究对象。采用随机摸红蓝球法分组,常规组(30例)患者应用干扰素栓,研究组(30例)患者应用保妇康栓。比较两组各时期炎症因子水平、机体免疫功能以及治疗效果、临床表现改善时间、人乳头瘤病毒转阴率、病毒载量。结果 两组用药后超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平相较于用药前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后研究组患者超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平相较于常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为93.33%高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.320,P<0.05)。研究组患者排尿恢复正常、阴道排液、疼痛减轻以及创面愈合时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 宫颈炎性疾病伴人乳头瘤病毒感染患者使用保妇康栓治疗,能够降低机体的炎症因子水平,促进机体免疫功能的恢复,提高对患者的治疗效果,还能够缩短患者的临床症状改善时间,提高转阴率,减少病毒载量,发挥一定干预作用。Objective To analyze the effect of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of patients with cervical inflammatory disease and human papillomavirus infection.Methods 60 patients with cervical inflammatory disease and human papillomavirus infection who were admitted to the Minqing County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Fujian Province from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects.Randomly touch the red and blue balls and divide them into two groups.Patients in the conventional group(30 cases) were treated with interferon suppositories,and patients in the research group(30 cases) were treated with Baofukang suppositories.The levels of inflammatory factors,immune function,treatment effects,improvement time of clinical manifestations,human papillomavirus negative conversion rate,and viral load at each period were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-10,and tumor necrosis factor-α in the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-10,and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rates in the research group was 93.33%,which was higher than that in the conventional group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.320,P<0.05).The urination returned to normal,vaginal discharge,pain relief,and wound healing time of patients in the study group were all shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of patients with cervical inflammatory disease and human papillomavirus infection can reduce the body's inflammatory factor levels,promote the recovery of the body's immune function,and improve the therapeutic effe
