摘 要:剐齿切削过程中刀具受到的切削力和切削热对刀具的使用寿命有很大影响,不合理的工艺参数设置使针齿壳剐齿刀易发生破损和快速磨损失效,目前该类刀具剐齿加工过程中切削力、热特征尚不明确,无法对刀具设计和工艺参数优化提供理论指导。基于上述问题对针齿壳剐齿刀具进行设计与三维建模,通过ABAQUS有限元软件搭建针齿壳剐齿加工仿真模型,模拟针齿壳内圆弧齿的实际加工过程;对剐齿加工过程中的切削力和切削热数据进行计算,分析主要工艺参数对剐齿刀切削力和切削热的影响规律;采用正交试验方法,以剐齿切削力均值、幅值以及切削热的幅值为依据优化剐齿工艺参数,并通过极差分析获知影响剐齿切削力和切削热的主要因素。结果表明,影响针齿壳剐齿加工切削力和切削热的决定因素为切削深度。The cutting force and heat of cutting tool in skiving cutting process have great influence on the service life and durability of the tool.Due to the unreasonable process parameters of the cutter,the existing skiving cutter is prone to damage and rapid wear.At present,the characteristics of cutting force and heat are not clear in the process of skiving,which cannot provide theoretical guidance for tool design and parameter optimization.According to the above problem,this article first design skiving cutting tool of needle teeth shell and establish 3D modeling,and then by ABAQUS finite element software,the needle tooth shell cut machining simulation model is built,the actual machining of inner arc tooth of needle tooth shell process is simulated,cutting heat and cutting force of skiving cutting process are calculated,the influence of main process parameters on cutting force and heat is analyzed.Finally,the orthogonal test method is used to optimize the process parameters based on the mean value and amplitude of cutting force and the amplitude of cutting heat,and the range analysis method is used to analyze the main factors affecting the cutting force and cutting heat of skiving.The results show that the cutting depth the decisive factor affecting the cutting force and cutting heat of the skiving process.
