摘  要:冰箱内壁的不规则性与复杂性,使传统的测量方式和工具对冰箱容积的精确测量具有极大的局限性,难以满足计量工作中对冰箱容积快速、准确测量的需求。因此,本文提出利用手持激光扫描仪和手持光栅扫描仪,对冰箱进行容积测量。通过使用扫描仪扫描冰箱内壁,获取密集点云数据,建立冰箱的三维模型,实现对冰箱容积的精确测量,相较于传统的几何测量法,提高了62.5%和89.5%。Because of the irregularity and complexity of the inner wall of the refrigerator,the traditional measure-ment methods and tools have great limitations in the accurate measurement of the refrigerator volume,and it is diffi-cult to meet the needs of rapid and accurate measurement of the refrigerator volume in the measurement work.Therefore,this paper proposes the use of handheld laser scanner and handheld grating scanner to measure the volume of refrigerator.By using a scanner to scan the inner wall of the refrigerator,obtain dense point cloud data,establish a three-dimensional model of the refrigerator,and achieve accurate measurement of the volume of the re-frigerator,compared with the traditional geometric measurement method,62.5%and 89.5%higher.
