摘　　要：高职教育专业质量成为职业教育发展的重要保障。当前,在职业教育内涵式发展进程中,由注重人才规模和数量,转变为更加关注专业发展质量,表明高职教育专业质量成为院校可持续发展的核心要素。为构建完善的专业质量保障体系,了解具体影响专业质量的影响因素,结合当前质量保障体系建设的不足,积极探索解决的路径。从人才培养模式、师资队伍建设、质量监控评估等方面,提出具体的优化策略,阐述质量保障体系优化建设的路径。The professional quality of higher vocational education has become an important guarantee for the development of vocational education.At present,in the process of connotative development of vocational education,the focus has shifted from the scale and quantity of talents to the quality of professional development,indicating that the professional quality of higher vocational education has become the core element of sustainable development of colleges and universities.In order to build a perfect professional quality assurance system and understand the specific factors affecting professional quality,combined with the shortcomings of the current quality assurance system construction,it actively explores the solution path.From the aspects of personnel training mode,teacher team construction,quality monitoring and evaluation,this paper puts forward specific optimization strategies and expounds the path of optimization construction of quality assurance system.
