基于清浊理论运用升清降浊法治疗原发性头痛理论探讨

摘　　要：本文通过探讨升清降浊法的源流和内涵,总结升清降浊法治疗原发性头痛的理论基础及临床应用。认为头痛病机总属不荣则痛和不通则痛;升清降浊法可使精微上升,脑窍得养;浊邪下降,脑窍清明。临床应用升清降浊法,通过健运脾胃,疏肝理气,调畅气机,助清阳上荣,引浊阴下降以治疗原发性头痛,可为临床治疗原发性头痛提供新的思路。This article discusses the source and connotation of the method of ascending the clear and descending the turbidity,and summarizes its theoretical basis and clinical application in the treatment of primary headache.It is thought that the pathogenesis of headache is the lost of nutrients leading to pain and the stagnation leading to pain.The method of ascending the clear and descending the turbidity can raise the essence to nourish the brain orifice,and descend the turbid pathogen to clear the brain orifice.Clinical application of the method of ascending the clear and descending the turbidity can fortify the spleen and invigorate the stomach,soothe the liver and regulate qi,and regulate qi movement to ascend the clear yang and descend the turbid yin so as to treat primary headache,which can provide a new idea for clinical treatment of this disease.
