摘 要:模块化产品的多主体协同创新已成为离散型制造企业加快产品创新迭代,应对市场快速变化的新趋势。主导企业作为多主体协同创新的具体组织者,其协同创新能力成为提升整体创新效率的关键。为充分提升主导企业协同创新能力,以协同创新理论和创新资源理论为基础,系统地从知识资源、资金资源、技术资源、关系资源、人才资源协同五个维度提出模块化产品主导企业协同创新能力影响因素,并从信息管理、关系维护、人才应用方面为离散型制造企业提升模块化产品协同创新能力提出改进策略。The multi-agent collaborative innovation of modular products has become a new trend for discrete manufacturing enterprises to accelerate product innovation iteration and respond to rapid changes in the market.As the specific organizer of multi-agent collaborative innovation,the leading enterprise's collaborative innovation ability has become the key to improve the overall innovation efficiency.In order to fully improve the collaborative innovation ability of leading enterprises,based on the collaborative innovation theory and the innovation resource theory,this paper systematically puts forward the influencing factors of the collaborative innovation ability of modular product-leading enterprises from the five dimensions of knowledge resources,capital resources,technology resources,relationship resources and human resources.It also puts forward some strategies for discrete manufacturing enterprises to enhance modular product collaborative innovation ability from the aspects of information management,relationship maintenance and talent application.
