体卫融合背景下羽毛球运动处方对青少年近视干预效果研究

摘　　要：近年来,预防青少年近视问题已引起社会各界的广泛关注,政府和教育部门对于预防青少年近视也越来越重视,体卫融合成为预防青少年近视的重要途径。本研究旨在探究羽毛球运动处方对眼睛健康的影响。实验结果表明:六个月实验后,对照组和实验组的眼轴长度都有增长,对照组增长更快,但两组之间的差异并不显著;羽毛球运动处方对抑制屈光力有效果,但不能完全抑制屈光度的进展;羽毛球运动处方对改善肉眼视力有显着的积极作用,且具有显著性差异。最后针对青少年近视防控提出了宣传羽毛球运动、建立青少年运动处方库和健康平台、推广青少运动处方培训班模式等对策建议。Teenage myopia prevention has drawn a lot of attention in our nation in recent years.The government has given this issue more attention than before,and the integration of sports and health has emerged as a key strategy for reducing adolescent myopia.This investigation will look at how a badminton exercise regimen affects eye health.Following a six-month testing period,some results are found.Axial length increased in both the control group and the intervention group,with the control group growing more quickly,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.Besides,although it was impossible to entirely halt the progression of diopter,the prescribed badminton exercise was beneficial in slowing the progression of refractive power.Finally,a substantial change was seen,indicating that the badminton exercise prescription significantly improved visual acuity.In order to improve the prevention and control of myopia in adolescents,this study also suggests promoting badminton activity,creating a database of exercise recommendations for teenagers,and implementing training programs on exercise recommendations.
