玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物凝胶治疗角膜上皮损伤的临床疗效及对患者修复状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物凝胶治疗角膜上皮损伤的临床疗效及对患者修复状况的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月北京核工业医院收治的200例角膜上皮损伤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各100例。对照组使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小牛血去蛋白提取物凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光染色(FL)、泪液分泌试验(SⅠT)及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组BUT、FL评分、SⅠT比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组BUT、SⅠT均长于治疗前,FL评分均低于治疗前,且观察组BUT、SⅠT均长于对照组,FL评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物凝胶治疗角膜上皮损伤疗效确切,可明显改善患者临床症状,不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with calf blood deproteinized extract gel in the treatment of corneal epithelial injury and its effect on the repair status of patients.Methods A total of 200 patients with corneal epithelial injury admitted to Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was treated with calf blood deproteinized extract gel on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,break-up time(BUT),fluorescein staining(FL),schirmerⅠtest(SⅠT)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 85.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in BUT,FL score and SⅠT between the two groups;after treatment,the BUT and SⅠT of the two groups were longer than those before treatment,and the FL scores were lower than that before treatment,and the BUT and SⅠT in the observation group were longer than the control group,and the FL scores was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with calf blood deproteinized extract gel is effective in the treatment of corneal epithelial injury,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,without increasing adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
