摘  要:表观遗传学是分子生物学的一个分支,表观遗传修饰在缺血性卒中病理学进展中起着核心作用。表观遗传机制参与调节中风后基因表达、细胞损伤反应、运动功能和认知能力的复杂而动态的过程,是阐释中医药治疗缺血性卒中的靶点及其作用机制的有效途径。目前,缺血性卒中的病因病机尚未完全明确,现代医学治疗尚有不足,而中药在治疗缺血性脑卒中方面具有独特的优势,具有多层次、多靶点的整体调节作用。最新研究发现,中医药能参与调控异常表观遗传修饰治疗中风。本文主要围绕中风病中医理论基础,从DNA甲基化、非编码RNA及组蛋白修饰三个方面在中风治疗及中医药研究中的应用入手,阐释中医药治疗中风的表观遗传作用,以期为今后抗脑缺血中药的研究开发提供参考依据。Epigenetics,a branch of molecular biology,plays a pivotal role in the pathological progression of ischemic stroke.Epigenetic modifications are intricately involved in the complex and dynamic processes that regulate gene expression,cellular injury response,motor function,and cognitive ability following stroke.This provides an effective framework for elucidating the targets and mechanisms of action underlying traditional Chinese medicine’s treatment of ischemic stroke.Currently,the etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic stroke remain incompletely understood,with modern medical treatments still lacking sufficient efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine possesses a unique advantage in treating ischemic stroke through its multi-level and multi-target comprehensive regulation.Recent studies have discovered that traditional Chinese medicine can participate in regulating abnormal epigenetic modifications during stroke treatment.This article primarily focuses on the theoretical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine for strokes by exploring its application in DNA methylation,non-coding RNA,histone modification research as well as explaining the epigenetic effects it exerts when treating strokes.The aim is to provide insights for future research and development of traditional Chinese medicine for cerebral ischemia.
