网络问诊中医患会话修正策略研究  

On the Repair Strategies by Chinese Doctors and Patients in Online Medical Consultation

摘  要:随着互联网技术的进一步发展,网络问诊已经成为当下重要的就诊方式。医患交际中,受不同交际目的的驱动,医患双方均可能会对相关内容进行修正。本研究以“丁香医生”网站的“问医生”板块中医生与患者的话语为语料,结合会话修正理论,对网络问诊中医患话语的修正类型、内容及其语用功能展开研究。研究发现,在线医疗会话中医患双方会围绕医嘱、疗法、药名、症状等方面对其会话内容进行修正,依照修正发起和实施对象的不同可分为以下4种:医生自我引导自我修正、医生引导患者修正、患者自我引导自我修正、患者引导医生修正。医患交际中会话修正的使用可促进话语信息准确度的提升、面子威胁程度的减轻及医患信任关系的构建。本研究有助于医方了解患方的关注重心,帮助医患双方合理使用修正策略以提升网络问诊的医患交际效能。As the Internet technology has continuously evolved,online medical consultation is becoming increasingly prevalent in contemporary China.In doctor-patient communication,driven by different communicative goals,both doctors and patients may employ different repair strategies to complete till raw conversation.Based on the dialogue of doctors and patients from“Ask the Doctor”section in the website of http://dxy.com/,this study,guided by the conversational repair theory,explores the repair types,repair contents of both doctors and patients and then discusses the pragmatic functions achieved by these repair strategies.The findings suggest that in online medical consultation,both doctors and patients would repair the conversation content around the medical advice,treatment,drug name,symptoms,and etc.According to the different objects of initiation and implementation of the correction,it can be divided into the following four types:doctor-self-guided self-repair,doctor-guide-patient repair,patient-self-guided self-repair,and patient-guided-doctor repair.By employing different repair strategies,both doctors and patients can promote the accuracy of relevant information,mitigate the degree of face threatening,and facilitate the construction of mutual trustworthiness.This study will help doctors understand the focus of patients attention as well as help doctors and patients make rational use of repair strategies,so as to improve the doctor-patient communication efficiency of online consultation.
