摘　　要：构建三阶段DEA-FCA组合模型,给出了组合模型的基本原理和应用过程.选取我国31个地区普通高校2011~2020年相关投入产出数据,首先运用三阶段DEA模型测算我国31个地区普通高校研究期内的投入产出效率,然后将测得的纯技术效率值和规模效率值作为原始数据进行模糊聚类分析,将我国31个地区普通高校按投入产出效率水平分为4类,最后依据三阶段DEA测算结果及模糊聚类分析结果给出我国31个地区普通高校的投入产出效率优化方向.A three-stage DEA-fuzzy clustering analysis combination model is constructed,together with its basic principle and application process presented.The input-output data of ordinary colleges and universities in 31 regions of China from 2011 to 2020 are firstly selected,which are processed using the three-stage DEA model to measure the input-output efficiency during the research period.Then,the as-obtained values of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are treated as original data for fuzzy clustering analysis.The ordinary colleges and universities in 31 regions of China are classified into four categories based on the level of input-output efficiency.According to the classification results,the optimal directions of input-output efficiency for ordinary colleges and universities in 31 regions of China are finally proposed.
