摘  要:目的 调查护生心理韧性、学习投入和职业认同感水平,探讨三者之间的关系。方法 选取2023年3—6月辽宁省锦州市某高校302名护理专业学生作为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、护生职业认同量表、中文版10条目心理韧性量表、学习投入量表对302名高校护生进行问卷调查。通过单因素及多因素分析护生心理韧性、学习投入和职业认同感的关系。结果 护生职业认同感得分为59.44±12.57分,心理韧性得分为23.73±5.05分,学习投入得分为78.36±14.82分。护生的职业认同感与心理韧性(r=0.500)、学习投入(r=0.496)均呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析表明,学历、是否将护理作为高考第一志愿、就读护理原因、心理韧性、学习投入是护生职业认同感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 护理专业学生职业认同感处于中等水平,心理韧性、学习投入与护生职业认同感呈正相关。学历、是否将护理作为高考第一志愿、就读护理原因、心理韧性、学习投入是影响护生职业认同感的主要因素。护理教育者应注重提升护生的心理韧性和学习投入水平,提高职业认同感,以减少护理人才的流失。Objective To investigate the psychological resilience,learning engagement and professional identity levels of nursing students and explore the relationship between the three.Methods A total of 302 nursing students from a university in Jinzhou city,Liaoning province from March to June 2023 were selected as the survey subjects.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 302 university nursing students using the general information questionnaire,nursing student professional identity scale,Chinese version of the 10-item mental resilience scale,and learning engagement scale.The relationship between psychological resilience,learning engagement and professional identity of nursing students was analyzed through single factor and multi-factor.Results The nursing students' professional identity score was 59.44±12.57 points,their mental resilience score was 23.73±5.05points,and their learning engagement score was 78.36±14.82 points.Nursing students' professional identity was positively correlated with psychological resilience(r=0.500) and learning engagement(r=0.496)(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the academic qualifications,whether nursing was the first choice for the college entrance examination,reasons for studying nursing,mental resilience,and learning commitment were the factors that affected nursing students' professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusion The professional identity of nursing students was at a medium level,and psychological resilience and learning engagement were positively correlated with the professional identity of nursing students.Academic qualifications,whether nursing was the first choice for the college entrance examination,reasons for studying nursing,mental resilience,and learning commitment were the main factors that affected nursing students' professional identity.Nursing educators should focus on improving the psychological resilience and learning engagement level of nursing students,and enhance their professional identity,so as to reduce the loss of nursing talents.
