摘　　要：小型化轻薄化发展的智能手机、手表、耳机,甚至更微结构的如摄像头、芯片封装等电子印刷组装,对印刷材料、组装工艺提出了高要求。文章分析油墨和胶水的功能特性,提供了手机玻璃盖板印刷成功的油墨范例。The miniaturized and thin development of smart phones,watches,headphones,and even more micro-structured electronic printing assembly such as cameras,chip packages,etc.,has put forward high requirements for printing materials and assembly processes.This paper analyzes the functional characteristics of ink and glue,and provides successful ink examples for mobile phone glass cover printing.
