摘 要:为改善聚氨酯黏弹性泡沫工业依赖石油化工原料的现状。本研究以来源广泛的天然丝瓜籽油改性聚氨酯黏弹性泡沫,共设置了7个丝瓜籽油添加量梯度(0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、30%、40%)。在本研究中,利用各种方法研究了丝瓜籽油改性黏弹性泡沫(LSVF)的泡孔形态、反复加载力学性能以及坐姿舒适性。扫描电镜结果表明,丝瓜籽油的加入使得LSVF的泡孔直径变大,开孔增多。丝瓜籽油改性聚氨酯黏弹性泡沫的峰值应力、弹性模量、单位体积吸收能量、能量耗散与平均加载模量等压缩力学性能指标均呈现先减小后增加的趋势。此外,含量过高或过低都将影响丝瓜籽油改性聚氨酯黏弹性泡沫的缓压性能,LSVF-30的缓压效果最好,人-椅界面压力分布最为均匀、分散。在设计坐垫时需要考虑丝瓜籽油改性聚氨酯黏弹性泡沫坐垫的含量对坐垫缓压效果的影响。In order to improve the current reliance of the polyurethane viscoelastic foam industry on petrochemical raw materials,this study focused on modifying viscoelastic foam using widely available natural luffa seed oil.Seven oil content gradients(0%,5%,10%,15%,20%,30%,40%)were used in this study.Various methods were employed to investigate the cell morphology,cyclic loading mechanical properties,and seating comfort of the luffa seed oil-modified viscoelastic foam(LSVF).Scanning electron microscopy results reveal that the addition of luffa seed oil increases the pore diameter and the number of open pores in LSVF.The peak stress,compressive strength,specific energy absorption,energy dissipation,and average loading modulus of luffa seed oil-modified polyurethane viscoelastic foam show a decreasing trend followed by an increasing trend.Furthermore,excessively high or low oil contents would affect the pressure-relieving performance of the luffa seed oil-modified viscoelastic foam.LSVF-30 exhibits the best pressure-relieving effect,with the most uniform and dispersed pressure distribution at the interface between the foam and the seat.When designing cushions,the impact of the content of luffa seed oil-modified polyurethane viscoelastic foam on the pressure-relieving effect of the cushion needs to be considered.
