摘 要:目的探讨目标反馈教学方法在手术室实习护理本科生中的临床带教效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月在我科实习的护理本科生43名为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=22)和对照组(n=21)。观察组采用目标反馈教学模式,对照组采用传统带教模式,比较两组实习护理本科生的理论考核成绩、手术专科操作技能考核、手术配合能力、PPT制作能力及对教学效果的评价。结果观察组实习护理本科生的理论考核成绩、手术专科操作技能考核、手术配合能力、PPT制作能力、手术配合能力及对教学效果评价均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论采用目标反馈教学方法可有效提高手术室实习护理本科生的各项考核成绩及综合素质,提高了实习护理本科生对教学的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of objective feedback teaching method on clinical teaching of nursing undergraduates in the operating room.Methods A total of 43 nursing undergraduates who practiced in our department from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group(n=22)and control group(n=21)according to random number table method.Objective feedback teaching mode was used in the observation group,and traditional teaching mode was used in the control group.The theoretical assessment results,operation skills assessment,operation cooperation ability,PPT making ability and teaching effect evaluation of the two groups of practical nursing undergraduates were compared.Results The theoretical assessment scores,surgical operation skills assessment,surgical cooperation ability,PPT making ability,surgical cooperation ability and teaching effect evaluation of practical nursing undergraduates in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.001).Conclusion The objective feedback teaching method can effectively improve the performance and comprehensive quality of the operating room practice nursing undergraduates,and improve their satisfaction with teaching.
