摘 要:用脱脂的大豆粉作为实验原材料,采用超声波辅助法提取大豆中的异黄酮。考察在不同的提取因素下,对大豆异黄酮提取率的影响,并确定异黄酮提取实验的最佳提取条件。实验用响应面分析法优化大豆中大豆异黄酮的提取条件,实验分别从超声时间、乙醇浓度、液料比三个条件进行研究,最后,由Design-Expert软件计算得出提取实验的最优条件为:提取时间40 min,液料比20∶1(mL∶g),乙醇浓度70%,在最优条件下进行提取得到大豆异黄酮提取率为2.0505%。The degreased soybean powder was used as a raw material in the experiment.Soy isoflavones were extracted from soybeans by ultrasonic method.The effects of different extraction factors were studied in this experiment,and the optimal extraction conditions were determined.Response surface method was used to optimize the extraction conditions of isoflavoues from soybean.There are three conditions studied in this experiment,namely:ultrasonic time,ethanol concentration,and material-liquid ratio.Finally,the best condition for the extraction experiment are:ultrasonic time 40 min,ethanol concentration 70%,and material-liquid ratio 20∶1(mL∶g).The extraction rate of soybean isoflavones is 2.0505%under optimal conditions.
