摘　　要：刺梨是一种药食同源的植物,其成熟果实中有较多药物活性成分(维生素、多酚类、黄酮类化合物等)。研究发现刺梨在治疗重金属中毒方面有一定作用,此文就刺梨对重金属中毒的作用机理进行综述,为刺梨功能疗效的全面开发和有效成分的进一步提取做理论支持。Rosa roxburghii is a plant with homologous medicinal and edible properties.The mature fruit of Rosa roxburghii contains many active ingredients such as vitamins,polyphenols,flavonoids,etc.Research has found that Rosa roxburghii has a certain role in the treatment of heavy metal poisoning.This article reviews the mechanism of action of Rosa roxburghii on heavy metal poisoning,providing theoretical support for the comprehensive development of functional efficacy and further extraction of effective ingredients of Rosa roxburghii.
