新自由主义对大学生精神成人的消极影响及对策

摘　　要：精神成人作为大学生初具“独立精神、自由思想”之潜质的象征,主要表征为较强认知能力、健全心理素质、正确价值观念、良好道德品质和坚定理想信念等。但受新自由主义影响,我国大学生在思想认知、心理健康、价值取向、道德观念和理想信念等精神成人上面临诸多困境。为此,必须通过加深理论认知、重视心理疏导、强化价值引领、注重道德实践、加强信仰教育等有效措施,帮助大学生认清新自由主义本质、形成健康向上心态、树立社会主义核心价值观、养成良好思想品德、坚定马克思主义信仰,以从根本上消除新自由主义影响,确保大学生精神成人。As a symbol of college students starting to have“independent spirit and free thought”,spiritual maturity is mainly characterized by strong cognitive ability,sound psychological quality,correct values,good morality and firm beliefs.However,under the influence of neoliberalism,Chinese college students are faced with many difficulties in forming right ideological cognition,mental health,value orientation,morality and beliefs.Thus,measures such as deepening the theory cognition,attaching great importance to psychological counseling,strengthening value guidance,paying attention to moral practice and strengthening faith education must be taken to help them understand the nature of new liberalism,form a healthy attitude,set up the socialist core values,develop good moral character,and firmly believe in Marxism to ensure that neoliberal influences are fundamentally eliminated and that college students become spiritually mature.
