摘  要:随着现代教育改革的发展及提升胜任力、促就业的现实需要,中文专业必须适时作出调整和改变,以适应当前文化产业的人才紧缺的问题,为中文专业毕业生就业提供更多的可能。然而,现阶段中文专业培养目标的模糊性,学科传统的局限性,课程实践的缺失以及评价体系的固化,制约了学生创新能力的发展。为更好地培养和提升中文专业学生创意写作胜任力,需从三个方面寻求突破:一是优化课程结构,形成“三主线”化学为用的课程建设体系;二是注重实践操作,促成创意工作室指导下的“以赛强练”模式;三是培养创意思维,达成深度学习自主提升的长效机制。With the development of modern education reform and the practical need to enhance compe-tence and promote employment,the Chinese major must make timely adjustments and changes to adapt to the current shortage of talents in the cultural industry,and provide more possibilities for the employ-ment of Chinese major graduates.However,at present,the ambiguity of the training objectives for Chi-nese majors,the limitations of disciplinary traditions,the lack of curriculum practice,and the solidifi-cation of evaluation systems have constrained the development of students’innovative abilities.In or-der to better cultivate and enhance the creative writing competence of Chinese major students,break-throughs need to be sought from three aspects:firstly,optimizing the curriculum structure and forming a curriculum construction system that uses“three main lines”chemistry;The second is to focus on practical skills and promote the“competition based training”model under the guidance of creative stu-dios;The third is to cultivate creative thinking and achieve a long-term mechanism for independent improvement in deep learning.
