摘　　要：毛泽东执政伦理思想,是以毛泽东同志为核心的中国共产党人根据我国国情,在革命根据地政权建设和全国政权建设的过程中,正确运用马克思主义执政理论的基本原理,并吸收借鉴中国优秀传统道德理念,通过不断总结经验而逐步形成的,内涵丰富,思想深邃,特色鲜明。其基本内容包括:全心全意为人民服务的价值理念;民族独立、国家富强、人民幸福的奋斗目标;民主、法治的制度伦理;执政主体德性的先进性等。Mao Zedong’s thought on governing ethics came gradually into being based on the national conditions,in the process of the political governance construction in the revolutionary base areas and in the national wide,with the correct application of the basic principles of the Marxist governing theory,and the absorption of China’s excellent traditional moral concepts.It is rich in connotation,deep in thought,distinctive in characteristics.Its connotation includes:the value concept of serving the people wholeheartedly;the goal of national independence,national prosperity and the happiness of the people;the institutional ethics of democracy and rule of law and the advanced nature of the ruling subject virtue.
