摘 要:中小学法治教育是“在法治轨道上推进中国式现代化建设的一项基础性工程”,需要以习近平法治思想为指导,以《青少年法治教育大纲》为纲领,以道德与法治新课标为基准,并通过党政机关、学校、社会、家庭和学生自我“五位一体”的实施路径,实现中小学生提升法治意识、传播法治观念、达成法治认同、转化法治实践的法治核心素养的养成。未来的中小学生法治教育,将着重实现三个转变,即法治知识传递向法治信心培育转变;法治思维提升向法治信念坚守转变;法律遵守教化向法治信仰守恒转变。The legal education in primary and secondary schools is“a basis to promote China’s modernization on the track of rule of law”.Legal Xi jinping’s legal thought should be taken as the guidance,the Outline of Youth Rule of Law Education as the guiding platform,The New Curriculum Standard of Morality and Law as the foundation.Only with the“five-in-one”implementation path of government,schools,society,families and students,can the core legal literacy be realized by the ways of promoting the legal consciousness,disseminating legal conceptions,achieving legal identity and transforming the legal practices of the primary and secondary school students.Three transitions will be realized in the future law education among the primary and secondary students,namely,transforming the legal knowledge into the cultivation of confidence in the rule of law,transforming the promotion of legal way of thinking into the faith of law,and transforming the legal doctrine into keeping the law belief.
