摘 要:针对留学预科学生的心理健康问题,采用SCL-90量表和结构性访谈的形式,对当前留学预科学生心理健康存在的突出问题进行了分析,进而运用回归分析进一步了解导致心理健康问题产生的主要因素。结果显示,留学预科学生SCL-90测试阳性检测率处于大学生心理健康检出率10%~30%的范围内。留学预科学生心理健康问题与学业压力、社交困境、家庭矛盾、睡眠运动不足四类因素存在显著关联,但是在具体心理健康问题上则存在差异性。同时,上述因素的作用效果在性别、父母教育水平以及地域环境上表现出明显的异质性。基于研究结论,针对性地提出了维护留学预科学生心理健康的教育对策。In view of the mental health problems of pre-study students,this paper uses SCL-90 scale and structured interview to analyze the main outstanding problems existing in the mental health of pre-study students,and then uses regression analysis to further understand the main factors leading to mental health problems.The results show that the positive rate of SCL-90 test among pre-study students is in the range of 10%~30% of the mental health detection rate of college students.The mental health problems of pre-study students are significantly related to academic pressure,social difficulties,family conflicts and insufficient sleep and exercise,but there are differences in specific mental health problems.At the same time,the effects of the above factors showed obvious heterogeneity in gender,parental education level and regional environment.Based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some educational countermeasures to maintain the mental health of pre-study students.
