摘　　要：《红与黑》中的饮食书写巧妙地串联了爱欲与权力两大主题。在贵族餐桌上的互动和交谈有助于削弱身份差异,使于连·索雷尔得以重塑自己与夫人小姐们的情感关系,获得爱欲与食欲交织的体验。宴会厅等公共空间还为于连开辟了阶级跃升的缝隙,他逐渐习得“文明化”的就餐礼仪,从而不断积累自己的文化与社会资本。于连在贵族饮食生活中的复杂体验加剧了他的认同焦虑和存在危机,意识形态化的饮食话语最终作用于身体,外显在于连的一系列疾病症候中。The gastronomic narratives subtly connect the two key themes of desire and power in The Red and the Black.The interactions and conversations at aristocratic tables weaken the differences in status,enabling Julien Sorel to reshape his relationship with the ladies through experiences intertwined with desire and appetite.Public spaces such as banquet halls also create slots for Julien to climb up the class ladder,allowing him to gradually acquire“civilized”dining etiquette and continuously accumulate his own cultural and social capital.The complexity of Julien s experience in gastronomic activities intensifies his identity anxiety and existential crisis,and the ideological discourse of gastronomy ultimately is incarnated by a series of his biophysical symptoms.
