摘  要:柴油发电机组是由柴油机和发电机耦合组成的复杂机电设备,具有强非线性特性。柴油发电机组正常工作的关键是控制供电电压和频率稳定。以基于他励同步发电机的柴油发电机组为对象,针对负载突变工况研究柴油机和发电机的协同控制方法。首先,基于柴油机和发电机组外特性,通过非线性插值和动态参数调度,考虑柴油机和发电机的耦合关系,建立柴油发电机组动态实时非线性模型。然后,采用线性自抗扰控制(Linear Aatomatic Disturbance Rejection Control,LADRC)算法,在输出反馈控制的基础上,将负载突变及柴油机和发电机间的耦合统一作为干扰因素,设计扩张观测器观测干扰并全面补偿。最后,进行了硬件在环试验验证:在不同负载突变工况下,可以保证供电频率波动小于0.4 Hz,端电压波动小于5.5%,满足国家供电标准,实现了柴油发电机组稳定供电的目标。The diesel generator set is a complex electromechanical equipment composed of a diesel engine and a generator.It has strong nonlinear characteristics.The critical factor for the diesel generators normal opera-tion is to control the stability of the power supply voltage and the frequency.Taking the diesel generator set based on a separately excited synchronous generator as the object,the cooperative control method of the diesel engine and the generator is studied for the sudden load change condition.Firstly,based on the external charac-teristics of the diesel engine and the generator set,a dynamic real-time nonlinear model of the diesel generator set is established through nonlinear interpolation and dynamic parameter scheduling,and considering the cou-pling relationship between the diesel engine and the generator.Using the linear automatic disturbance rejection control(LADRC)algorithm,based on output feedback control,the load mutation and the coupling between a diesel engine and a generator are unified as interference factors,an extended observer is designed to observe the interference and fully compensate.Finally,the hardware-in-the-loop test is conducted and verifies that un-der different load mutation conditions,the power supply frequency fluctuation can be guaranteed to be less than 0.4 Hz and the terminal voltage fluctuation is less than 5.5%,which meets the national power supply standard and achieves the goal of stable power supply of the diesel generator sets.
