摘　　要：本文以“三生”功能为视角,基于卫星遥感、POI和统计年鉴等多源数据,采用熵权法、加权综合指数法及耦合协调度模型,评价了白洋淀流域国土空间利用质量及其耦合度与协调发展度;借助标准差椭圆、Moran指数等,对上述评价结果空间分布特征进行了分析。结果表明:白洋淀流域国土空间“三生”功能指数及综合指数均呈现西北-东南分布格局,方向性均较为明显,空间集聚度总体水平不高,且存在显著的正向空间相关性和空间溢出效应;“三生”功能协调发展度整体水平不高,空间上呈现西北高-东南低的分布格局。应充分发挥白洋淀流域国土空间利用质量的空间正相关性及溢出效应,促进“三生”功能协同发展。On the basis of multi-source data including satellite remote sensing,POI and statistical yearbook etc.,this paper evaluates the territorial spatial utilization quality of the Baiyangdian Basin as well as its coupling degree and coordination development degree.The research means include the entropy method,the weighted composite index method and the coupling coordination degree model.It then analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of the above evaluation results with the help of Standard Deviation Ellipse and Moran’s I.The results show that:Both"production-living-ecological"functions and the comprehensive index of the Baiyangdian Basin show a northwest-southeast distribution pattern,which indicates an obvious directionality;however,the overall level of the spatial agglomeration is not high and there is a significant positive spatial correlation and spatial spillover effect.The overall level of coordination development degree in"production-living-ecological"functions is not high,which has a high northwest and low southeast distribution pattern in space.The positive spatial correlation and spillover effects of territorial spatial utilization quality should be fully considered effectively to promote coordinated development of"production-living-ecological"functions in the Baiyangdian Basin.
