摘　　要：目的 了解医院药品不良反应发生情况,为促进药品合理使用提供依据,保障患者用药安全。方法 对医院2020年1月至2023年8月收到的296例药品不良反应病例报告进行分析、评价。结果 296例药品不良反应病例中,涉及药物73个品种,抗感染药物(114例,38.51%)发生率居于首位,其次是抗肿瘤药(25例,8.45%)的报告例数居多。临床表现以皮肤损害(186例,62.84%)和消化系统反应(44例,14.86%)为主。从给药方式分类统计,主要以静脉给药(275例,92.91%)为主。女性患者发生药品不良反应人数多于男性患者,男女性别比为0.74︰1,60岁及以上老年人(163例,55.07%)发生药品不良反应的概率更高。结论 加强药品不良反应的监测与防治工作,探索能够有效预测药品不良反应的方法,有利于不断促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。Objective To investigate the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in hospitals,to provide a basis for promoting the rational use of drugs,and to ensure the safety of patients.Methods A total of 296 cases of adverse drug reactions received by the hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were analyzed and evaluated.Results Among the 296 cases of adverse drug reactions,73 varieties of drugs were involved,and the incidence of anti-infective drugs(114 cases,38.51%)ranked first,followed by antineoplastic drugs(25 cases,8.45%).The clinical manifestations were mainly skin lesions(186 cases,62.84%)and digestive system reactions(44 cases,14.86%).From the classification of the mode of administration,it was mainly administered intravenously(275 cases,92.91%).The number of female patients with adverse drug reactions was higher than that of male patients,the sex ratio of men to women was 0.75:1,and the probability of adverse drug reactions in the elderly over 60 years old(163 cases,55.07%)was higher.Conclusion Strengthening the monitoring and prevention of adverse drug reactions and exploring methods that can effectively predict adverse drug reactions are conducive to continuously promoting clinical rational drug use and ensuring the safety of patients.
