摘  要:围绕新时期的人才培养目标,以及国家和社会发展的重大需求,哈尔滨工业大学改革了研究生培养模式。本文介绍了哈尔滨工业大学研究生硕博贯通培养新模式,以及对博士生培养过程中创新性成果的多元化新要求。探讨了硕士生和博士生的国际化培养模式和硕博学位论文选题,分享了科研方法、科技论文写作和组会研讨等学习指导方面的心得体会。国际化培养模式可以拓宽研究生的国际视野。建议博士课题选题以教师主要研究方向为主。学习指导应注重传授正确的科研方法,加强论文写作指导。通过多种形式的组会,提高学生的综合素质,培养科研创新能力。Focusing on the goal of personnel education in the new era,and the vital needs of the country and society,the mode of postgraduate education has been revolutionized at Harbin Institute of Technology.This paper presents the new education mode for postgraduates of Harbin Institute of Technology,and the new requirements for the diversification of innovative achievements in the education of doctoral students.The international education mode for master’s and doctoral students and their thesis topic selection are discussed,and the scientific research method,writing methods on science and technical papers,as well as group meeting study guidance are shared.By the international education mode,postgraduates can broaden their international perspective.The doctoral project is suggested to come from the main research direction of the supervisors.Study guidance should focus on teaching right scientific research methods and strengthening the guidance of scientific and technical papers writing.Through various forms of group meetings,the comprehensive quality of students can be improved and the ability of scientific research and innovation can be educated.
