摘  要:近年来,基于高铁CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道的新型板式无砟轨道在地铁和城际铁路上得到应用。研发设计时,为准确获得结构在荷载作用下的效应,一般采用梁-板-板模型进行分析,难度较大,并且轨道的层与层之间以及轨道板与凸台之间还存在非线性接触关系,因此高精度的计算分析只能依靠通用有限元软件。但这些软件使用繁琐,学习成本高,设计人员难以掌握。另一方面,Q/CR 9130—2018《铁路轨道设计规范(极限状态法)》实施后,轨道设计方法从容许应力法转向极限状态法,变化较大。为此,基于ANSYS平台开发本软件。软件采用APDL开发参数化建模与静力分析模块;采用APDL与C++联合开发配筋设计与结构检算模块;采用Python开发计算报告自动生成模块;采用UIDL开发UI界面,包括菜单和对话框。软件通过相应菜单和对话框实现如下功能:填写设计参数后,自动完成精细化三维有限元模型的建立和静力分析;分析完成后,查看轨道各组件的应力、变形、内力以及效应组合结果;输入或调整配筋参数后,按规范完成结构检算并自动生成计算报告。通过与规范方法和其他文献计算结果的对比,验证了本软件有限元分析的准确性。得益于本软件,板式无砟轨道建模分析与配筋设计需要的时间由数天缩短至数小时,整理计算报告需要的时间由数小时缩短至数秒。In recent years,new type of slab ballastless track developed from CRTS III type has been widely applied to track of metro and intercity.In order to accurately obtain the effect of the structure under loading in the R&D and design,beam-plate-plate model is generally employed,which is difficult.Furthermore,there exists nonlinear contact relationships between the layers of the structure and between the track slab and the boss,thus high precision computational analysis can only rely on general FEM software.But these software are cumbersome to use,expensive to learn,and difficult for designers to master.In addition,after the implementation of the Code for Design of Railway Track(Limit State Method)Q/CR 9130—2018,the design method of the track structure is changed from tolerate stress—based method to limiting condition—based method,which is large change.Therefore,the software is developed based on ANSYS platform.In the software,the parametric modeling and static analysis module are developed by APDL;the reinforcement design and structure checking module is developed by APDL and C++;the automatic generation module for calculation reports is developed by Python;the UI,including menus and dialogs,is developed by UIDL.Via menus and dialogs,all functions in the software are implemented:by entering the design parameters,the establishment and static analysis of the refined 3D finite element model are automatically completed;afterwards the stress,deformation,internal force and effect combination results of each component of the track can be viewed;by entering or modifying arrangement of bars or reinforcements,the checking according to the design code can be completed and the calculation report can be automatically generated.By comparing with the code method and other literature calculation results,the accuracy of the finite element analysis of this software is verified.Thanks to this software,the time expense of the model-building and arrangement of bars or reinforcements for the slab ballastless track has been reduced f
