摘　　要：美好生活建设是中国式现代化建设的重要内容。美好生活建设既需要法治保障,也需要法律实现。美好生活建设法律之维的核心是公民生活利益的法律实现。公民生活利益的法律实现机制,具体包括法律识别机制、法律度量机制与法律衡量机制。公民生活利益法律识别机制的核心是实现公民生活利益的类型化、权利化、法定化;公民生活利益法律度量机制的核心是以精细化的度量技术,实现侵害公民生活利益事实认定与法律适用的精细化;公民生活利益法律衡量机制的核心是,考量公民生活利益的场景性与时代性,在具体生活场景中为公民配置合理的法律义务。利益识别、利益衡量、利益度量作为公民生活利益实现法律机制的重要节点,使公民的生活利益从自然形态实现了向法律形态的转变,并使“法益是人的生活利益”的基本论断得到了面向法治实践场域的法律机制的完整表达。The construction of a better life is an important part of Chinese path to modernization.The construction of a better life requires both legal protection and legal implementation.The core of the legal dimension of building a better life is the legal realization of the people's living interests.The legal realization mechanism of life interests includes the legal identification mechanism,legal measurement mechanism,and legal evaluation mechanism of life interests.The core of the legal identification mechanism for life interests is to achieve the categorization,rightization,and legalization of life interests;the core of the legal measurement mechanism for life interests is to use refined measurement techniques to achieve the refinement of the identification of facts that infringe on citizens'life interests and the application of laws;the core of the legal evaluation mechanism for life interests is to pay attention to the situational and contemporary nature of citizens'life interests,and allocate reasonable legal obligations for citizens in specific life scenarios.Interest identification,interest measurement and interest evaluation,as important nodes in the legal mechanism for realizing life interests,have transformed life interests from natural forms to legal forms,and have scientifically expressed the basic statement that“legal interests are human life interests”.
