摘　　要：随着我国综合国力的增强,人们对体育运动愈加重视。现如今,我国对排球运动的关注度和重视程度日益提高,同时,对排球裁判员的需求量也逐渐增大。因此,培养一支既具有执裁能力又有活力的青年裁判员队伍,是促进排球运动发展的一项重要任务。高等体育院校作为培养优秀体育人才的重点院校,应充分利用自身的资源优势,对排球专项学生进行专业裁判培训,让排球专项学生不断在学习和实践中提升自身的执裁能力。该文的研究目的是通过对高等体育院校排球专项学生执裁能力评价指标体系的构建,进一步分析排球专项学生在执裁过程中所应具备的各项能力指标,为高等体育院校排球专项学生执裁能力的培养与提高提供一定的理论建议。With the enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength,people pay more and more attention to sports.Nowadays,China's attention and importance to volleyball is increasing,and the demand for volleyball referees is also gradually increasing,so training a team of young referees who have both the refereeing ability and vitality is an important task to promote the development of volleyball.As key colleges and universities to train excellent sports talents,sports colleges and universities should make full use of their own resource advantages to conduct professional referee training for volleyball students,so that volleyball students continue to improve their refereeing ability in learning and practice.The purpose of this paper is to further analyze various ability indexes that volleyball students should have in the process of refereeing by constructing the evaluation index system of volleyball students'refereeing ability in sports colleges and universities,so as to provide some theoretical suggestions for the cultivation and improvement of volleyball students'refereeing ability in sports colleges and universities.
