理中汤联合常规西药治疗对胃溃疡患者胃液表皮生长因子及胃黏膜表皮生长因子受体表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨理中汤联合常规西药治疗对胃溃疡患者胃液表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)及胃黏膜表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)表达的影响。方法:选取2020年10月—2021年11月湖北省松滋市中医院治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者使用常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用理中汤进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果、胃液EGF水平、胃黏膜EGFR水平(积分吸光度值、阳性细胞百分率)。结果:观察组患者疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.406,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者胃液EGF水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=3.047,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者积分吸光度值、阳性细胞百分率均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=7.077、5.121,P<0.05)。结论:理中汤联合常规西药治疗对胃溃疡患者治疗效果更好,可促进胃液EGF与胃黏膜EGFR表达。Objective:To investigate the effect of Rizhong Tang combined with conventional western medicine treatment on the expression of gastric juice epidermal growth factor(EGF)and gastric mucosa epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)in gastric ulcer patients.Methods:90 patients treated in the hospital from October 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation and control groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Lizhong Tang on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,gastric juice EGF level,gastric mucosa EGFR level(integral absorbance value,positive cell percentage)were observed in the two groups.Results:The efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.406,P<0.05).After treatment,gastric juice EGF levels were higher than before treatment in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.047,P<0.05).After treatment,the integral absorbance values and percentage of positive cells were higher than before treatment in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.077,5.121,P<0.05).Conclusion:Lizhong Tang combined with conventional western drug therapy has better therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer patients and can promote gastric juice EGF and gastric mucosa EGFR expression.
