摘 要:肝细胞癌(HCC)是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,具有发病率高、生存率低等特点,目前的治疗方法缺乏有效性。HCC的发生发展是一个复杂的过程,其潜在的分子机制目前尚未完全阐明。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)参与调控细胞分化、增殖、死亡、代谢等生物学过程,在HCC进展中也发挥重要作用。lncRNA可通过调节基因表达或蛋白活性影响HCC细胞增殖、死亡、迁移、血管生成、免疫逃逸以及细胞代谢重编程等。因此,lncRNA可作为HCC潜在治疗靶点,使HCC患者达到精准治疗,提高患者生存率。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a common malignant tumor,which is characterized by high incidence and low survival rate,and its existing treatment methods are lack of effectiveness.The development of HCC is a complex process,and the underlying molecular mechanisms have not been fully elucidted.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is involved in the regulation of cell differentiation,proliferation,death,metabolism and other biological processes,and it also plays an important regulatory role in the progression of HCC.LncRNA can affect the proliferation,death,migration,angiogenesis,immune escape and cell metabolism reprogramming of HCC cells by regulating gene expression or protein activity.Therefore,lncRNA can serve as a therapeutic target for HCC,so as to achieve accurate treatment and improve the survival rate of HCC patients.
