夏季奥运会体育图标设计演进特征——以第5届到第33届为例

摘　　要：研究体育图标有助于了解奥运会设计中所蕴含的民族文化、美学设计、历史背景、社会价值和时代观念。通过文献资料、对比分析等方法,采用索绪尔符号学理论,从历时性角度分析夏季奥运会体育图标在不同时间的变化以及相关的影响因素,从共时性角度分析夏季奥运会体育图标设计的造型符号、色彩符号和图案符号,探究各个符号的能指和所指。体育图标演进阶段可划分为:探索成长期、系统成熟期、多元创新期;设计特征以造型符号简化、色彩符号对比化、图案符号多样化、呈现方式动态化、设计要求规范化为主。未来体育图标应以设计形式动态化、设计内容时代化、展示方式互动化三个方面为设计重点。The study of sports pictograms is conducive to understanding the national culture,aesthetic design,historical background,social values and contemporary concepts embedded in the design of the Olympic Games.Through the methods of literature and comparative analysis,we adopt Saussure's semiotic theory to analyze the changes of sports pictograms of the Summer Olympic Games at different times and related influencing factors from the perspective of diachronicity,and analyze the stylistic symbols,color symbols and pattern symbols of sports pictograms design of the Summer Olympic Games from the perspective of synchronicity to explore the signifier and the signified of each symbol.Generally speaking,the evolution stages of sports pictograms can be divided into the following three stages,namely:exploratory growth stage,systematic maturity stage and diversified innovation stage.In the meanwhile,the design is featured by simplification of modeling symbols,contrast of color symbols,diversification of pattern symbols,dynamism of presentation,and standardization of design requirements.Therefore,the future sports pictograms should focus on three aspects,including dynamic design form,integration of contemporary design content,and interactive display.
