摘 要:农业碳排放在我国温室气体排放中占据重要位置,基于河南省2000—2021年的相关农业数据,测算了河南省的农业碳排放强度,并从要素流动视角把城镇化指标分为人口城镇化、产业城镇化和土地城镇化,构建了VAR模型,利用脉冲响应分析法和方差分解法研究了河南省城镇化对于农业碳排放的影响。研究结果表明:城镇化从整体上降低了河南省农业碳排放强度;三个城镇化指标中,人口城镇化和产业城镇化均负向影响农业碳排放,土地城镇化则正向影响农业碳排放,其中,产业城镇化是农业碳排放强度降低的主要驱动力。据此,要推进城镇高质量发展,重视产业城镇化的减排效应,加速产业城镇集聚化;严防土地城镇化占用,转变农业生产方式,促进农业低碳转型。Agricultural carbon emissions occupy an important position in Chinese greenhouse gas emissions.To achieve China's"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goals,the agricultural carbon emission intensity of Henan Province is calculated based on the relevant agricultural data of Henan Province from 2000 to 2021.From the perspective of factor,flow and the urbanization indicators are divided into population urbanization,industrial urbanization and land urbanization.We construct a VAR model,and use impulse response analysis and variance decomposition to explore the impact of urbanization on agricultural carbon emissions in Henan Province.The results show that the urbanization reduces agricultural carbon emission intensity in Henan Province.Furthermore,population urbanization and industrial urbanization have a negative impact on agricultural carbon emissions,while land urbanization has a positive impact on agricultural carbon emissions.Industrial urbanization is the main driving force for reducing agricultural carbon emission intensity.Therefore,to promote the urban high-quality development,we pay attention to the emission reduction effect of industrial urbanization,accelerate the agglomeration of industrial urbanization,strictly prevent the occupation of land for urbanization,transform agricultural production methods,and promote the low-carbon transformation of agriculture.
