摘　　要：在新冠疫情的严峻挑战下,提高现钞的安全、完善现钞的消杀任务迫在眉睫。而常用的消毒方法应用于现钞上均有一定的局限性,寻找新型高效安全的消杀剂成为了现钞消杀中的关键。二氧化氯作为安全高效的杀菌剂可以被使用,然而其在现钞消杀中的应用仍然需要更多的研究论证。开发了一种基于气态二氧化氯的消毒杀菌装置,并与点钞机相结合,根据中国特殊的现钞流通体系提出并建立了一个新型高效的、基于二氧化氯的统一编码标识的现钞消杀智慧化可追溯体系。结果表明本装置能够快速释放出有效浓度为200 ppm左右的气态二氧化氯,对多种微生物有五个对数以上的消杀作用,不具有腐蚀性,不损伤现钞,通过优化及与现钞流通体系相结合,在后新冠时代下具有极高的应用价值。Viruses and bacteria carried by cash can be passed through circulation,therefore endangering human health.Under the severe challenge of the Covid-19 pandemic,it is urgent to ensure the safety of cash by improving current disinfection practice.The commonly used disinfection methods have certain limitations when applied to cash.The disinfectant has become the key to stopping spread of viru-ses through cash.Chlorine dioxide can be used as a safe and efficient disinfectant,but its application in the killing of viruses still needs more research and verification.An innovative disinfection and sterilization device utilizing gaseous chlorine dioxide that can count and disinfect cash at the same time is developed,which can be incorporated to China’s special cash circulation and traceability system by identifying unified coding from the disinfected cash.The results show that the developed device can quickly release gaseous chlorine dioxide with an effective concentration of about 200 ppm,which has more than five logarithmic reductions on various microorganisms and does not damage cash.Through optimization and integration with the cash circulation system,it has extremely high application potential under the post-Covid-19 pandemic situation.
