摘 要:培养具有人文素养的全科医学人才是实现人人享有“健康代理人”的有力途径,是实现健康中国战略的前提和基础。人文素养的培育是医学教育的难点和瓶颈,本文引入叙事医学的教学理论,探索融入课程思政元素、以故事为主线开展教学设计、多角度培养学生共情以及建立精准系统的教学评价体系,构建全流程强化人文素养的课程模式,推动叙事医学对全科医学生人文素养教育的落地和实践,为基层卫生人才的高质量培养提供路径参考。Cultivating general medical students with humanistic literacy is a powerful way to achieve“health agents”for everyone,and is a prerequisite and foundation for achieving the Healthy China Strategy.The cultivation of humanistic literacy is a difficulty and bottleneck in medical education.This article introduces the teaching theory of narrative medicine,explores the integration of ideological and political elements in courses,carries out the teaching design based on stories,cultivate students’empathy from multiple perspectives,and establish an accurate and systematic teaching evaluation system.It constructs a curriculum model that strengthens humanistic literacy throughout the entire process,and promotes the implementation and practice of narrative medicine in humanistic literacy education for general medical students,which provide a path reference for the high-quality cultivation of grassroots health talents.
