摘　　要：堕胎既是有关生死,也是有关人与人关系的议题。德沃金为它提供了颇具说服力的伦理辩护:堕胎辩论的核心是生命的神圣价值,关键在于保障人们拥有生命的自主权。然而,批评者质疑,德沃金的辩护是无力的。这种批评陷入了当代道德哲学的困境,而这正是德沃金的价值整体主义所志在解决的问题。具体到德沃金堕胎辩护的伦理反思,生命的神圣价值的诠释问题可以通过伦理原则与康德定律的解释性工程加以解决,生命的自主权蕴含的自由限度问题可以通过能力控制原则的考察加以解决。因而,以价值整体主义为基底堕胎辩护是合理且融贯的。Abortion is an issue about death and life,and about the bearing of each on the other.Dworkin provides a persuasive ethical defense for it:the core of the abortion debate is the interpretation of the sacred values of life,and the key is to guarantee the life's dominion of people.Critics,however,suspect that Dworkin's defense is weak.This criticism falls into the dilemma of contemporary moral philosophy,which is exactly the problem that Dworkin's unity of value aims to solve.Specific to the ethical reflections of Dworkin's abortion defense,the ambiguous interpretation of the sacred value of life can be solved through the interpretive project of ethical principles and Kant's law,and the freedom limit contained in the life's dominion can be solved through the investigation of capacity control principle.Therefore,the defense based on the unity of value for abortion is reasonable and consistent.
