摘　　要：目的探讨信息获取通用模型下背景因素、个人相关因素以及自我效能对老年口腔疾病患者健康信息获取行为的影响。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取2023年1月至2023年3月在滨州医学院附属烟台口腔医院老年口腔科就诊的老年患者246例进行问卷调查,调查问卷包括健康信息获取行为量表、口腔健康自我效能量表、老年人口腔健康知信行问卷。结果老年口腔疾病患者健康信息获取行为量表得分为(68.34±11.52)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示:文化程度、真牙数量、自我效能水平及知信行水平是影响其健康信息获取行为的主要因素。结论老年人口腔保健需要符合老年人学习能力不同及自身牙齿条件不同的特点,公立医院等正规机构需研究开发多样化、个性化健康宣教方式,以保证信息的准确性及宣教的多样性。以提高其知信行水平及自我效能,从而帮助老年人提升口腔保健意识及健康信息获取行为。Objective To explore the effects of background factors,personal related factors and self-efficacy on health information acquisition behavior in elderly patients with oral diseases under the general model of information acquisition.Methods From January 2023 to March 2023,264 patients in the geriatric stomatology department of a Grade-III stomatology hospital in Yantai City were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey,which included health information acquisition behavior scale,oral health self-efficacy scale and oral health knowledge and practice questionnaire for the elderly.Results The score of health information acquisition behavior scale for patients was(68.34±11.52).The results of multiple Regression analysis showed that education level,number of true teeth,self-efficacy level and Kap level were the main factors influencing health information seeking behavior.Conclusion The needs of oral health care for the elderly are in line with the characteristics of the different learning abilities and their own dental conditions,to ensure diversity of sourcing circumstances and missions.In order to improve their level of knowledge,behavior and self-efficacy,so as to help the elderly enhance their awareness of oral health care and health information access behavior.
