摘　　要：下颌第一恒磨牙作为口腔重要功能牙之一,其在恒牙列中萌出早,且易患龋。因其近中根牙根数目多且根管内部解剖结构复杂,常是根管治疗的重中之重。临床治疗中常见根管峡区、近中中根管、弯曲根管以及危险区等解剖结构,易导致遗漏根管、根管预备清洁不彻底、出现台阶或侧穿等并发症,且个体间差异较大,与性别、年龄以及种族等多方面因素相关。为全面掌握下颌第一恒磨牙近中根的解剖结构,提高其根管治疗的成功率。本文就其解剖特征、相关因素及临床指导意义进行综述,以期为下颌第一恒磨牙的治疗提供参考。As one of the important functional teeth in the oral cavity,the mandibular first permanent molar erupts early in the permanent dentition and is prone to caries.Because of the large number of mesial roots and the complex internal anatomy of root canal,it is often the most important part of root canal treatment.In clinical treatment,common anatomical structures such as root canal isthmus,middle mesial canal,curved root canal and danger zone are likely to lead to complications such as missing root canal,incomplete cleaning of root canal preparation,and step or lateral penetration,and there are large differences between individuals,which are related to many factors such as gender,age and race.In order to master the anatomical structure of mesial root of mandibular first permanent molar and improve the success rate of root canal treatment.In this paper,the anatomic features,related factors and clinical significance of mandibular permanent molar were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the treatment of mandibular first permanent molar.
