摘 要:基于模糊逻辑对医学人工智能进行探讨,论述了医学人工智能在医学和医学伦理学领域的重要性,并对传统人工智能在处理复杂系统和模糊领域方面的局限性进行了讨论,提出模糊逻辑作为解决方案的观点,并强调模糊逻辑相较于经典二值逻辑的优势以及模糊逻辑在医学人工智能中的发展和应用。通过阐述模糊道义论的发展,说明它为医学人工智能在处理规范性领域提供了新的逻辑框架和操作化工具,并能为医学人工智能决策和伦理决策提供支持。总之,基于模糊逻辑的医学人工智能对于处理医学伦理难题和医学的复杂性具有重要意义,为医学实践和伦理决策提供了实际相关性的支持,并展望了其与道义逻辑相结合后在未来的发展前景。This paper explored artificial intelligence(AI)in medicine based on fuzzy logic,introduced the significance of AI in medicine in the fields of medicine and medical ethics,and discussed the limitations of traditional AI in handling complex systems and fuzzy fields.It proposed the viewpoint of fuzzy logic as a solution,as well as emphasized the advantages of fuzzy logic compared to classical two-valued logic and the development and application of fuzzy logic in AI in medicine.By expounding the development of fuzzy deontology,it was demonstrated that it provided a new logical framework and operational tool for AI in medicine in addressing normative fields,and can provide support for AI in medicine and ethical decision-making.In summary,AI in medicine based on fuzzy logic is of great significance in dealing with medical ethics and complexity,providing practical relevant support for medical practice and ethical decision-making,and showing its future development prospects when combined with deontic logic.
