摘　　要：梳理护士在人类辅助生殖技术应用中的角色作用,针对可能的伦理困境,分析护理实践中应对困境的制约因素:提出构建护理伦理素养体系,建议完善伦理规则与教育体系,强化案例教育,增强风险防范能力,培育健康伦理文化,以有效提升护士伦理素养。The role and function of nurses in the application of assisted reproductive technology were sorted out.Addressing potential ethical dilemmas,this paper analyzed the restrictive factors in dealing with difficulties in nursing practice and proposed the construction of a nursing ethics literacy system.It is suggested to improve ethical rules and education systems,strengthen case education,enhance risk prevention capabilities,and cultivate a healthy ethical culture,so as to effectively enhance nurses’ethical literacy.
