摘  要:为控制某纯电动汽车怠速空调开启工况时车内噪声,开展空调系统振动噪声传递路径研究。首先,采用Bench-mark分析、整车-子系统性能分解、旋转件阶次频率分析等方法,获得了该纯电动汽车空调系统关键零部件振动噪声传递路径,发现冷却风扇安装支架刚度和空调管路振动是引起车内噪声偏大的主要因素;然后,提出了安装支架刚度加强方案和空调管路减振措施;最后通过试验数据验证,经过改进后该车型怠速空调开启工况车内噪声由46.2dB(A)降低到44.5dB(A),满足了目标值45.0dB(A)要求。上述研究方法可为纯电动汽车空调系统振动噪声传递路径分析提供参考,亦可为相关车型空调系统结构设计提供借鉴。In order to control the noise in car under idling ac on in an electric car,the research on the vibration and noise trans-mission path of the air conditioning system is carried out.First,using Benchmark analysis,vehicle-subsystem performance de-composition,and order frequency analysis of rotating parts,the vibration and noise transmission paths of the air conditioning sys-tem key components are obtained,and the main factors that cause the noise in the car to be too loud are the stiffness of the cooling fan installation bracket and the vibration of the air conditioning pipeline;then,the installation bracket stiffness enhancement plan and the air conditioning pipeline vibration reduction measures are proposed;finally through the test data verification,after the improvement,the noise in the vehicle under the idling ac on is reduced from 46.2dB(A)to 44.5dB(A),which meets the tar-get value of 45.0dB(A).The above research methods can provide a reference for the analysis of the vibration and noise transmis-sion path of the air conditioning system of electric car,and can also provide a reference for the structural design of the air condi-tioning system of related vehicles.
