摘 要:为提高天然气压缩机性能,提出了一种截面母线为圆锥曲线的曲率连续阀。构建了曲率连续阀的流通面积数学模型;通过CFD(计算流体动力学)对不同几何参数、不同工况的曲率连续阀内部流场与流通性能进行了数值模拟分析,得到了曲率连续阀的压力损耗、气动力与迹线流出角度分析结果,并优化设计了曲率连续阀的形态与流道;对曲率连续阀和平台型锥阀进行了数值模拟实验,得到了不同类阀气动力、流通面积与压力损耗的对比结果。研究表明,曲率连续阀的几何参数直接决定其流通面积、气动力、压力损耗等性能指标;在相同工况下,曲率连续阀工作性能相较于传统平台型锥阀有一定提高,研究结果为气阀形态创新研究提供了理论基础。To improve the performance of natural gas compressor,a curvature continuous valve with conical section bus is pre-sented.Mathematical model of flow area of curvature continuous valve is constructed.Through CFD The internal flow field and flow performance of curvature continuous valve were simulated and analyzed by numerical simulation.The pressure loss,aerody-namic force and trace flow angle of curvature continuous valve were obtained,and the configuration and flow path of curvature continuous valve were optimized.The curvature continuous valve and platform cone valve were simulated,the results of the com-parison of the aerodynamic force,flow area and pressure loss are obtained.The results show that the geometric parameters of the curvature continuous valve directly determine its performance indicators.Under the same working conditions,the performance of curvature continuous valve is better than that of traditional platform cone valve.The results provide a theoretical basis for the study of valve configuration innovation.
