摘  要:目前,国家对实施科教兴国战略、强化现代化建设人才支撑作出重大部署。为了加强高校医学实践教学质量与实验技术队伍建设,通过对医学实验技术队伍现状进行分析,提出了科教兴国背景下高校医学实验技术队伍建设的新思路,即深化实验技术队伍与教师队伍的交叉融合,以专业能力培养为导向,建设实验技术队伍评价体系与职称晋升体系,以教学改革项目为突破,明确实验技术队伍定位及建设目标,以工科领域为参考,放宽医学实验技术队伍职能权限,为当前高校医学实验队技术伍建设提供参考。At present,the state has made major arrangements for implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening modernization talents support.In order to strengthen the quality of medical practice teaching and the construction of laboratory technology team in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of medical laboratory technology team in colleges and universities,and puts forward new ideas for the construction of medical laboratory technology team under the background of science and education rejuvenation,that is,to deepen the cross integration of laboratory technology team and teacher team,to build an evaluation system and a title system for laboratory technology team by professional ability training,to take the teaching reform project as a breakthrough,the orientation and construction goal of the laboratory technology team are clarified,to take the engineering field as a reference,relax the function and authority of the medical laboratory technology team.These measures will provide references for the current construction of the medical laboratory technology team in colleges and universities.
