家庭体育概念的时代审思

摘　　要：辨析家庭体育内涵界定中存在的分歧与不足,结合新发展阶段家庭体育发展呈现出的新特征,重构家庭体育的内涵,旨在推动家庭体育理论研究与时俱进。研究认为新发展阶段家庭体育的发展已经突破参与人数的条件限定,打破家庭体育活动场所的空间囿限,其核心价值向培育“完整的人”发展演变,“家庭生活中由家庭为主体组织实施”是家庭体育区分其他体育活动的本质特征;将家庭体育内涵界定为“家庭生活中由家庭为主体组织实施并以身体运动为基本手段,促进家庭成员全面发展的文化活动”。This study reconstruct the connotation of family sports by identifying the differences and shortcomings in defining the connotation of family sports,and combining with the new characteristics presented by the development of family sports in the new stage,aiming to promote the theoretical research of family sports to keep up with the times.The research hold that the development of family sports in the new development stage breaks through the condition of the number of participants and the space limit of family sports activities,and its core value has evolved to cultivate"complete person",and"organized and implemented by family as the main body in family life",which is the essential feature of family sports distinguishing other sports activities.The connotation of family sports is defined as"cultural activities organized and implemented by the family as the main body in family life,using physical exercise as the basic means to promote the all-round development of family members.
