摘　　要：新工科教育面临的主要问题之一是培养能够适应新形势下信息科技革命发展需求的复合型卓越工程技术人才。其中,创新型工程技术人才培养模式的改革是关键环节。文章通过对传统的电子信息类专业人才培养中存在的产学研育人合作乏力、人才培养与行业需求脱节、课程内容未能及时更新、教学模式改革不到位、“双师双能型”师资不足等问题进行了探讨分析。从实践体系、课程体系、评价体系等方面,详细阐述了“三融、六真、零距离”人才培养模式的实施路径。One of the main problems of"new engineering"education is the training of excellent engineering talents who can adapt to the needs of the development of the information technology revolution in the new situation.The reform of innovative engineering and technology personnel training mode is a key link.The article discusses and analyses the problems of lack of cooperation among industry,academia,research and education,disconnection between personnel training and industry demand,failure to update the curriculum contents,reform of the teaching mode is not in place,and insufficient"dual-teacher,dual-competence"teachers in the traditional training of electronic information professionals.From the practice system,curriculum system,evaluation system and other aspects,which elaborates the implementation paths of"three integrations,six truthes,zero distance"talent training mode.
