摘　　要：厘清生产性服务业开放对制造业高质量发展的影响及其内在机制,有助于为实现制造强国提供理论支持与经验借鉴。基于2005—2019年期间26省市面板数据,采用OLS、差分与系统GMM模型进行实证检验,研究发现:生产性服务业开放对制造业发展质量的影响呈“U”型变动关系;这种“U”型关系在沿海和内陆地区都存在,且沿海地区的拐点出现更早。机制分析发现,生产性服务业开放通过成本节约效应和资源重置效应推动制造业高质量发展。此外,科研经费投入份额、地区开放程度、地区环境规制强度等因素都是影响制造业发展质量的重要因素。Clarifying the impact of the opening up of productive services on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry and its internal mechanism can help to provide theoretical and empirical reference for realizing the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry and realizing a strong manufacturing country.Based on the panel data of 26 provinces from 2005 to 2019,the empirical test is carried out by using OLS,differential and systematic GMM models.It is found that:the impact of the liberalization of productive services on the quality of the evelopment of the manufacturing industry is in a“U”-shaped relationship and the inflection point occurs near 2010.This“U”-shaped relationship has been observed in both coastal and coastal cities and the inflection point occurs earlier in coastal areas.And the results of the robustness test support the above conclusion.The mechanism analysis found that the opening up of productive services promotes the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry through cost-saving effects and resource replacement effects.In addition,factors such as the share of research funding,the degree of regional openness and the intensity of regional environmental regulation are all important factors affecting the quality of manufacturing development.
