摘 要:数字经济发展重塑了劳动资源配置方式。本文基于2010—2019年沪深A股上市公司数据,实证检验了数字经济发展对企业劳动资源配置效率的影响。研究发现,数字经济发展能够提升企业的劳动资源配置效率。异质性分析结果表明,数字经济发展能够显著提升劳动密集型企业、国有企业和劳动配置不足企业的劳动资源配置效率。机制分析表明,数字经济发展通过提升企业技术创新水平、提升企业人力资本水平和促进企业数字化转型等途径,提升企业劳动资源配置效率。进一步分析发现,数字经济发展能够促进劳动力的跨地市流动。The development of digital economy has reshaped the way of labor resource allocation.Based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2019,this paper empirically tests the impact of the development of digital economy on the efficiency of enterprise labor resource allocation.It is found that the development of digital economy can improve the efficiency of labor resource allocation.Heterogeneity analysis results show that the development of digital economy can significantly improve the labor resource allocation efficiency of labor-intensive enterprises,state-owned enterprises and enterprises with insufficient labor allocation.Mechanism analysis shows that the development of digital economy can improve the efficiency of labor resource allocation by improving the level of technological innovation,improving the level of human capital and promoting the digital transformation of enterprises.Further analysis shows that the development of digital economy can promote the cross-city mobility of labor.
