摘　　要：重点综述了羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇的构效关系和合成工艺;介绍了该物质的纯度及构型比的检测方法;总结了其作用机制及人体功效;最后展望了羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇的发展前景,以期为其后续研究提供理性指导。As a cosmetic raw material with anti-aging effect,hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol has recently attracted much attention of domestic corporations and consumers.Herein,the structure-function relationship and production process of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol were reviewed.The methods for analyses of purity and isomer distribution were introduced.Its mechanism and efficacy were also reviewed.Finally,the development direction of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol was prospected in order to provide theoretical reference for its follow-up research.
