摩托车减震器专用水性涂料的研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种铝制摩托车减震器用的水性烤漆产品,探究了水性树脂种类、氨基树脂、助溶剂和功能助剂对涂膜性能和涂料施工性的影响。实验结果表明,选择m(水性丙烯酸树脂RS1049)∶m(水性聚酯树脂RS006)=16∶16的组合,搭配m(氨基树脂747)∶m(氨基树脂325)=9∶1的氨基树脂组合,使用1%(质量分数)用量的聚碳化二亚胺作为抗水解剂,并使用有机硅类消泡剂、有机硅类润湿剂、高沸点类成膜助剂、10%的聚酰胺型流变助剂和聚脲型流变助剂搭配的涂料配方,获得的水性涂料具有良好的施工性和涂膜的各项优异性能,能够满足铝制摩托车减震器的涂装要求。A waterborne baking paint product for aluminum motorcycle shock absorbers is described in this paper.The effects of waterborne resin types,amino resins,co-solvents and functional additives on the coatings film properties and the workability of coatings are investigated.The experiment results show that when the resin combination of m(waterborne acrylic resin RS1049)∶m(waterborne polyester resin RS006)=16∶16 is matched with the amino resin combination of m(amino resin 747)∶m(amino resin 325)=9∶1,1%(wt.%,the same below)dosage of polycarbodiimide is used as the anti-hydrolysis agent,and silicone defoamer,silicone wetting agent,high boiling point film-forming additive,10%polyamide rheological additive and polyurea rheological additive are used in the coatings formula,the waterborne coatings obtained have good workability and the properties of the coatings film are excellent,meeting the requirements for painting aluminum motorcycle shock absorbers.
